I just ordered a pizza and it was the worst pizza I got here. Half Burnt and toppings all over the place. I took a picture because this is ridiculous. I have been a long time customer at this location for over 3 years. It never used to be so bad. Plus I noticed the sticker wasn't on the box like it usually is. How do I know my pizza was not tempered with

Would give zero if I could. I ordered pizza with my friends at 1am and we waited until 2. My boyfriend went to the door and saw someone pull up to his house and then leave, didn’t even get out of the car. It must have been the pizza delivery because who else would pull up the his house specifically so late at night. Called the store and they said it would be there in 5 mins. We waited and then called again and they told us first that they dropped it off at the door. I said that my bf saw them pulling up and not getting out of the car. Then they said they saw my bf in the window when they dropped it at the door. When I said that never happened, and that they didn’t get out of the car they changed their story and said that they gave it to a 13 year old kid outside of the house. No one who lives at our house is that age, and I really doubt a kid that young would just be chilling outside at 2am anywhere. They said they would come to our house and call the police but we were too tired to deal with it. We managed to get a refund but it’s just crazy and annoying. We checked our doorbell cam and the guy never came to the door. Just pulled up then drove away. I guess it’s possible that they dropped it at another house by accident but if that’s the case I’m not sure why they stopped at our place and then left, or why they changed their story twice. Not sure why they lied especially when we had a doorbell cam and could see them pulling up but not dropping off the pizza. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Domino's pizza has become our families traditional Friday night go to. The service is so quick. It's always hot upon delivery and the drivers are amazing! Tonight we had Anna deliver our pizza and she was such a pleasure and very friendly. Thanks to all the Domino's delivery and staff at Keswicks Domino's. You make my family very happy.
