Ordered a pizza and didn’t get what I ordered. Sent an email and was told I would get a response from the store. Never got one, so email’s again where customer service told me they sort it out. Still never got a response. Don’t recommend Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £10–20 Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Ordered via Uber and it literally never came. When I called the restaurant, they were exceedingly unhelpful and unapologetic. They refused to answer if they would ever actually make the order and abdicated any responsibility. I asked them for a solution, such as making the order and allowing me to pay at the door, while we resolved the separate issue with Uber, and the person on the phone would not even answer this or address the question in any way. It was incredibly rude and I most certainly do not recommend ordering from this location, whether via Uber or not. I could not believe that they had no interest in making the order even when I suggested making a separate order off Uber and paying at the door. It's beyond unacceptable for a restaurant. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
