FORMAL COMPLAINT - I WANT A FULL REFUND, I get home, they gave me a completely different pizza. I ordered a “magnifica chicken and Nduja” pizza - when I got home to open the box….. there was NO NDUJA, NO PEPPADEW PIQuante PEPPERS - and they just added tomatoes instead ???absolutely vile behaviour, disgraceful service, I order from a different store normally so know exactly how this pizza SHOULD taste - absolute waste of time and money, I looked forward to this pizza just to find it isn’t what I wanted. THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I HAVE FELT THE NEED TO COMPLAIN. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Order type: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £10–20
