Used almost every weekend with on problems always good.. until this week end .. cold and late and inedible .... they sent us a promo code after complaining to them online ... tried to redeem said promo code via a phone call.. what a shambles so unhelpful and rude aisha the manager made it ten times worse not listening talking over us absolutely pointless ... for a big chain to treat you like this is shocking .... lesson learned won't use again Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I recently moved London and I went to get pizza was bit confused. I was ordering 2 small peporani pizza 2 small vegi Supreme, the Lady Ayesha helped me in ordering and told me if I buy large pizzas for both orders it comes same slices but it will cost me less. I asked Staff who was preparing my pizza Maryam to show me the difference of size, also she told me how many slices will be cut in one pizza. They both were very help full to me. When I got my pizza I was satisfied with my order. This was my first time in Domino's pizza. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
