Ordered 2 x pizza deal, when arrived was missing a side. This is not some cheap takeaway it cost me nearly £50 there was no apology from the staff. Bad customer service and food tasted terrible and cold. With what people pay for there order food should be checked before it's sent out!!! Price per person: £50–60 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I ordered pizzas to be delivered to my child’s birthday party at a venue in Trafford Park. The pizzas, which were delivered quickly, were piping hot and delicious. The delivery driver, M Ulla, was very pleasant and friendly. An excellent service which was much appreciated as we had a horde of hungry children. Price per person: £50–60 Food: 5 Service: 5
