Ordered a large pizza with chicken and pineapple and literally on each slice it was only one tiny piece of chicken and like 5 tidbits of pineapple which is so pathetic and the tomato sauce was all over. Too disappointing not the first time though Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

On the evening of April 27, I placed an order for pizza and pasta at Domino's Pizza branch at 1930 8 St E, Saskatoon. While waiting for our order, my baby boy was interested in observing the pizza-making process, so I accompanied him inside the waiting area. To my dismay, I observed that none of the staff present were wearing gloves while handling food. At the time, there was one man and two women working in the kitchen. Furthermore, I witnessed an alarming lack of hygiene practices among the staff. Specifically, I observed one staff using the computer terminal (used mouse) designated for pizza delivery orders. Immediately afterward, without washing his hands, he proceeded to handle pizza dough. The same man was taking orders from the clients. I was there about 20 minutes and he didn't wash his hands. Similarly, when the delivery guys (two men) arrived to collect orders, they too interacted with the computer terminal (used the same mouse) and right away they started packaging materials without any apparent regard for hygiene protocols. They didn't wash their hands as well. I was greatly surprised and disappointed by this blatant disregard for food safety and hygiene standards. Considering Domino's reputation, I had always assumed that stringent measures were in place to ensure the safety and well-being of customers. In light of this experience, I am left wondering whether any food safety authorities are overseeing and addressing such issues of unhygienic food processing practices. I trust that Domino's Pizza will address this matter with the seriousness it deserves and take proactive steps to prevent such incidents from recurring in the future.
