Dr.Chippy's is legitimately the best fish&chips restaurant in and around Colchester. The food at is exceptional! Very tasty and well prepared and you can chose among many menu options; doesn’t matter what I get, whether fish, burger, sausage or pies, I end up liking it more in each experience. My partner and I have been eating here for a few years now; and it's the second time this week. We love the service at the place and the owner is so friendly with the guests and always takes care to offer the best quality! I highly recommend Dr.Chippy's in Colchester.

Dr Chippy's is AMAZING. Simply the best fish 'n chips ever. We do not live in Colchester BUT whenever we are there DR CHIPPY'S is ALWAYS a must. The food is always fresh and well served. The waitresses are helpful and friendly. The restaurant is SPOTLESS. I recommend Dr Chippy's with COMPLETE CONFIDENCE.
