Had a late lunch with my partner at the Drawbridge pub, after a lovely walk along the canal. We felt very comfortable there, and enjoyed our meals (a gluten-free version of the Hot Honey Glazed Salmon for me, and Scampl & Chips for my partner). The staff (Tony and ?Macari?) were friendly and helpful, and Tony took time to check that everything was okay with our meals. As a chain pub, it's not glamorous or "gastro". But it's a straightforward, comfortable pub with tasty food and we're planning to eat there again. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We had an amazing experience from start to finish. Kay, Tony, Martha, and Matilda were all incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The service was outstanding, and nothing was too much trouble for the team. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and will definitely be returning. Highly recommended! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Had a great time at The Drawbridge Inn exactly what you want from a proper pub. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, with a nice mix of locals and visitors that gave it a really authentic feel. Drinks were spot on, well poured and reasonably priced, and the whole place just had a relaxed, easygoing vibe. Service was excellent too friendly, attentive, and made you feel right at home. Special thanks to Tony for looking after us and making the visit that bit better. It’s those little touches that make all the difference. Definitely a place I’d come back to and recommend to anyone after a solid pub experience. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
