Had a fantastic experience at Drgnfly Pan Asian Restaurant! The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and full of flavour. The atmosphere was welcoming and stylish, and the staff were friendly, attentive, and professional throughout. Everything came together perfectly for a lovely dining experience. I’d definitely recommend Drgnfly to anyone looking for great Pan Asian food in Poole and will happily return! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We visited Dragonfly shortly after it had the new opening and had mixed feelings. The venue itself is beautifully designed, especially the bar area, and the music created a great atmosphere. I think it has the potential to be a really lovely place once it's a bit busier. Unfortunately, the food didn't quite live up to the price. The sushi tasted good, but every piece completely fell apart as soon as you picked it up with chopsticks. At over £20 per sushi dish, I expected it to be made much better. It actually became quite frustrating to eat, with the rice falling apart into mush and having to pick up individual grains from the plate. While we were choosing our food, we noticed another customer eating sushi with a knife and fork and found it amusing at the time. After receiving our own dishes, we completely understood why! The drinks were also extremely expensive. My friend paid around £15 for a medium glass of wine, and the bottle was around £60, which felt excessive and more like central London pricing than Ashley Cross. Service was friendly, but it felt a little disorganised. We had around four different members of staff come over separately to ask if we were ready to order, which made the service feel a bit chaotic rather than attentive. Overall, we spent around £250, so we expected a premium experience. While the venue itself is stunning and there's definitely potential, the quality of the sushi and the pricing left us feeling disappointed. For what we paid, I don't think the experience justified the cost, and unfortunately it has put me off returning unless these issues are addressed. Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4
