Terrible experience. Walked into the shop to place a simple order for a western sandwich, was asked several questions confirming my order (no cheese, butter) for them only to get it wrong. They blamed me instead of taking accountability for their mistake. The staff was rude and confused, a laughable combination. Won't be back. Food: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Druxy's Famous Deli, Toronto, Ontario CanadaMy mother, Mrs. Helene Shore had an another appointment at the St. Michael's Hospital Medical Clinic which is almost next door to the Druxy's Famous Deli and so right after her appointment that is where we went.My mother ordered their Famous Brisket Sandwich (8 ounces) and I ordered their Famous Smoked Meat Sandwich (8 ounces).The sandwiches tasted Out Of This World!Delicious!I want to personally Thank the staff at the Druxy's Famous Deli location at: 29 Queen Street East, Toronto, Ontario Canada M5C 1R5 for preparing Great, Delicious Tasty Sandwiches for the Both of Us back on Friday, July 21, 2017.I want to also personally Thank Arash Bahrami-Azad for Inviting Us back over there since this was Not our first visit and won't be the Last One Either!Sincerely yours,Howard Paul ShoreVisitorExecutive, Volunteer Writer For Google And Tripadvisor Websites/HPS
