I am really disappointed by dukes when I usually go the service is amazing this time I decided to order delivery and I order two cookie doughs and it came both burnt instead of doing the right thing and redoing my order they decided to cover it with choclate to hide the burnt cookie but it was still noticeable and I could smell the burnt cookies I still tried to enjoy it but it was rock hard.
