beware-£6.50 charge for TAP WATER!!! Expensive lunch. 12.5% service charge. Pleasant dining room. Charming waitress. Slow service even though wasn’t busy. Fish was delicious . Drinks very expensive. 2 main courses ,2 sides , 2 coffees and 4 drinks. Total Bill £188!! Won’t be back. Far better value equally good alternatives in Edinburgh. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £80–90

The whole experience was amazing. Me and my friend came for a light diner before drinks that night and dulse did not disappoint. Our server was absolutely fantastic he was very clued in on the menu and recommended me the crab balls (can’t remember what exactly it said on the menu) and it was one of the best small bites I’ve had in a while. It was my first time eating oysters in 10 years and I was transported back to surfing in the sea, the champagne reduction they had for them was fantastic as well. Absolutely superb place. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £50–60

Everything was perfect. From the server Melissa to every morsel we ate. Loved the fish with Pomogranate and the wine selection. Wish we hadn't missed the oyster happy hour. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
