Had to wait about 10 minutes just to be served. There was only 4 customers Infront of me. The staff seem completely bored and unhappy. Tables are never cleans so you're sitting next to old cutlery and crumbs. Not very good to be honest, go to café Nero or Starbucks instead. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £1–10 Vegetarian offerings: Clearly labeled vegetarian dishes Vegetarian options: Not many options

Visited 2 days ago for lunch , very basic menu on offer but after the service we received I can see why . Lady serving on the till did not have a clue what she was doing despite having a computerised screen in front of her , tables were left full of crockery and dirty from previous customers despite counting at least 6 members of staff working We waited over 45 minutes for toasties which were supposed to be accompanied with a dressed salad and crisps , well when it came we had a total of 5 crisps per person and a handful of lettuce , can barely call that a salad , just glad I ate the piece of cake I had purchased whilst I was waiting ( this was the only positive I could take from my experience ) Only having been open for a matter of a few weeks the standard they are setting is very poor and need to up their game to be competitive with the already established cafe s located within the retail park . I will not be a returning customer, prices are inflated for the service they offer and honestly i will not be recommending Pausa cafe to friends or family based on my experience Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £10–20
