Dusty’s pizza is under new management/owners. With this is the quality of the food and service has significantly dropped. The place feels the opposite of what it used to be, their service is slow and disorganised, an order of 2 pizzas and fries took 50+ mins for a take away. This may be down to finding their feet as new restaurant owners, or the rate they were dealing with on a weekend. The food however was handed to us cold and unappealing,with little amount of toppings, of which were cheap and bad quality. The dough was lifeless, chewy and undercooked. And if you decide to get the BBQ pizza it’s drenched in cheap acidic BBQ sauce. We were given a refund for our meal when we complained without hesitation. But I fear we weren’t the only ones and many in the queue were also in a similar situation. I really hope this isn’t the future for Dusty’s pizza, Phill used to serve some of the best pizza in Cardiff. Would be a real shame to destroy the reputation. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

Amazing pizza place! I lived in Italy for many years, and I can confidently say this really reminded me of authentic Italian pizza. The staff were great as well—friendly, welcoming, and attentive. Highly recommended! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
