Stopped over for ice creams. Banana & choco chip, milky bar and mint choc chip. All tasted really good. Decent portions. I look forward to coming back and trying the other products Price per person: £1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

I recently visited this shop and wanted to share my experience. There was only one staff member (a young girl) handling everything, and the place was extremely busy. Despite the pressure, she kept serving customers continuously, but it was clear she was overwhelmed and exhausted. I appreciate her effort and dedication, but the service was understandably slow due to the workload. Management should consider having more staff during peak hours to ensure better service and avoid putting so much strain on a single employee. Food: 4 Service: 1

(Tried emailing this via their website but their system didn’t work.) Hi Dzert, some friendly feedback having had my first breakfast with you yesterday. Overall it was tolerable but it should have been brilliant. Your ingredients were very high quality, your coffee was really lovely and the price was very reasonable. But after waiting quite a while for it although you weren’t especially busy, the elements of the breakfast varied between reasonably warm and cold. The otherwise lovely mushrooms and cherry tomatoes were luke warm at best and the fried egg was cold. Only the sausage and maybe the toast were reasonably warm. I’ll give it another go because I know how good it should be. Next time if it’s not hot I’ll ask you to put it in the microwave but if it happened again that would probably be my last breakfast visit. Also, your website is still talking about Christmas closure and greetings. Hope you find this helpful. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: £1–10 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5
