I have to say, this was the best dining experience, I have ever experienced. I dined at Gaggan in Bangkok, which is number 5 in the world, and Eight was even better. Went to Shoshuken tonight, and it was better than many restaurants I visited in Tokyo. Can’t wait to get lucky, and get another reservation as I didn’t get in last week! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Absolutely unreal experience at EIGHT. Every dish was next level — creative, beautiful, and packed with flavour. You can tell there is serious talent and passion behind every plate. The food wasn’t just good it was AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING. The atmosphere was elegant but comfortable, service was outstanding, and every course felt like a surprise in the best way possible. This is not just dinner — it’s an experience. Easily one of the best meals I’ve had in Calgary. If you’re thinking about going do it. Now come eat at the EIGHT it’s amazing. ️ Price per person: CA$20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
