A traditional village pub serving traditional pub food, with amazing views across the Wye Valley. Originally called the 'Spread Eagle', the pub is part of a row of cottages and being the oldest pub in town, dates back to 1570. A traditional family pub with low ceilings, three interconnecting spaces.

Very quaint pub .staff excellent advisable to come for food all homemade even the chips will defo be bk if in this area again only pkace here who does homemade chips

Lovely welcome. Good beer and VERY good food. Cosy atmosphere. Good traditional pub menu with some really interesting variations! Very good cajun chicken pasta, and the Belgian waffle was special. Such a good vibe. Diolch! Service: 5
