I went with my 14 month old son and my best friend for breakfast last Monday. We waited 20 minutes before even being acknowledged for drinks. There were 2 other tables in the restaurant. The waitress was visibly scattered, and promised to bring us our drinks and some menus. We waited 10 more minutes before she came back and asked what our drinks were again. Waited another 5 for our drinks, and then disappeared again without taking our breakfast order. She finally returned 5 minutes later to take our lunch order after I flagged her down with my screaming, hungry child. It took almost 30 minutes to get 2 adult breakfast and a child’s breakfast, and when the food arrived it was all completely wrong. By this point I kept the kids plate because my son was starving, but asked for my meal to be corrected. My son and friend were finished their breakfast before I got my eggs (and my son is a remarkably slow eater for 14 months old). Overall it took 2 hours for a dead restaurant to serve us breakfast. There were no apologies except by the poor little waitress that took over our table after the waitress got our orders wrong. No manager, no apologies from the original waitress.
This isn’t the first time this has happened either. We won’t be back again.

The customer service is absolutely amazing, along with fantastic food. I called in at 9:20pm on a Friday (20 minutes after they were supposed to be closed) first got an answering machine then a few minutes later they called me back and took my order anyways! How can you match that service!

UPDATE: so I called 45 minutes later and they still hadn’t sent the food. We told them to cancel and drop off the cash for the meal, so $12.95+tax. After over an hour the delivery driver shows up with $11.10 and says that’s what he was told to give us. I called and used a swear word probably every other word. The delivery driver waived the delivery charge the first round because of the wait. When they send our money back they deducted the delivery charge from my total because I didn’t pay it the first time.
The eating place has the worst service!! Every time I order from there I have a problem. Waited two hours for our meals last time and they f’d up the order. Called the manager and they gave us a free pizza for next time we order. We went in the next day and ordered the pizza for pickup so they couldn’t back out. Said 15 minutes for the pizza and it actually took an hour. Ordered again today, took another 1.5hours and they forgot one of the meals. So now everyone can eat their dinner except for one person. We call back and it’s going to be another 30 minutes. I’ll probably see that meal at 9pm. I like their food but their service is to bad for me to order from there anymore.
