The service and staff was nice. However considering the price, the food could be better. The quantity served is limited, we left hungry which is unacceptable for the price. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Feel the need to tip the reviews positively because I just had some of the best venison dish that I have had the pleasure to eat. Wait was nowhere as long as other reviews suggest, and kids enjoyed the complementary bite from the kitchen. Service by Jack was flawless. Slightly quiet, but I blame previous reviews. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Appalling Service - Do Not Eat Here! I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at Monadh Dining. We arrived at 12:30 PM, and despite being the only patrons in the restaurant, our food had not arrived by 2:00 PM. We had two hungry two-year-olds with us, and it was distressing to see them getting increasingly upset as time passed. Our order was simple: three fish and chips, one sandwich, and two kids' meals. Yet, after an hour and a half, we still hadn't received our food. When we finally decided to leave, the manager asked why we were going without offering any apology or explanation for the delay. The lack of concern for our situation was shocking. As we were leaving other patrons that had arrived after we sat down were leaving without receiving any food or reasons for the awful service. If you value your time and expect basic customer service, avoid Monadh Dining. The service here is dreadful. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Order type: Dine in Meal type: Lunch
