Absolutely unacceptable experience at the Bramalea City Centre Edo Japan location tonight around 8:30 PM. I waited 20 minutes for my meal and witnessed an employee use the same spatula between raw chicken and cooked chicken. When I questioned it, she admitted they didn’t have many utensils left because it was the end of the day and that’s why she used it. This is a serious food safety concern and should never happen. Instead of addressing my concern professionally, she dismissed me and asked another employee to “deal with this woman.” I requested a refund because I no longer felt comfortable eating the food, and even then the refund was initially shorted by $5 and I had to go back to have it corrected. I am extremely disappointed and concerned that this is how food is being handled. Management needs to address employee training and food safety practices immediately. food takes forever! the first time I went to this location I had to wait a while for my food so this time I ordered online, thinking it would be ready when I got there. I thought wrong I go to pick up my food and the employee goes, “oh.. you’re gonna have to wait” even though I was arrived five minutes after my order pick-up time. I was okay but then proceeded having to wait a whole half an hour to get my order! Then when the food was finished the worker just points to the lids for me to put it on — no bag, no utensils. It’s a pick-up order TO GO of three bowls.. aren’t the employees supposed to package and bag that for me or am I wrong? Will not be going to this location again.

Located in the bramalea city centre food court. The counter staff was pretty helpful with suggestions . The sushi didn’t feel authentic or freshly made. The kiwi lemonade was delicious . Price per person: $10–20 Service: 5
