We were very disappointed with our experience. While taking our order, the employee who served us (a Filipino woman who appeared to be around 40 years old) quietly said in our language, “Why order when you can’t even pay?” At the time, we were simply deciding which payment method to use and had not indicated in any way that we were unable to pay. The comment came across as rude, judgmental, and unprofessional. It made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome, which unfortunately took away from the overall experience. Customers should be treated with respect and not be judged based on assumptions. We hope management addresses this so that others do not have a similar experience. Meal type: Brunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

My house is for sale and so I opted to eat out rather than cook. I was excited for Edo because I love the Beef Sukiyaki with Yakisoba noodles -- which is exactly what I ordered. When I got home with my food I discovered that Server 200 did not add the Yakisoba noodles to my order, so I only got white rice. It still tastes great, but I'm choked, especially since I waited 10 minutes for my food. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

This location of Edo Japan is by far the worst I have ever been to. The portions are abysmally small for the kids meal and when I questioned the quality of beef and the amount given she said to me that's what you paid for. The cashiers are rude and dismissive and are constantly talking Filipino when you're trying to communicate with them in English, which is fine if there were no customers standing in front of them.
