This is for the management to take notice of, I have been loyal patron of Country hill Edo Japan from a long time. As I always felt this restaurant is better in service and quality mind you leaving 2 outlets to come to this one. I have bought food 3 times this week there is short Indian lady she never smiles and was rude to my boy last time we were here. The tall girl with specs always cheerful helpful and most importantly RESPECTFUL. The short one needs some lessons from here I Oder the veggies sushi platter and beef noodles bento. This second time the little lady(sorry no disrespect ) prepared our food or who ever there is long hair sitting right on top as I opened the food, it’s very disappointing and unhygienic to be served. If I can see it in front of me why can’t the person packing it. This management needs to take notice of this as we are spending our heart and money. I hope I’m not wasting my time in typing and sending you this. It will be taken care of in a professional and a proper manner otherwise he will start losing loyal patterns like us. We waited almost 25 to 30 minutes earlier it used to be only like 10 to 12 minutes maximum Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $50–60 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

Franchiser openly doing business in the lobby, wandering around wearing sweatpants. His Cadillac was also double parked in front of the store. Most Edo locations have me in and out in 5 minutes. Empty store and it took 20 minutes, chef had to step out to finish the work of the clearly confused counter person. Not for nothing, chef was the only Asian in the building. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
