I had a fantastic experience at the Edo Japan in the Marlborough location. The whole team was friendly, attentive, and took food restrictions very seriously. As a strict vegetarian, I appreciated how they clearly communicated ingredient options. They even suggested safe menu items without making me feel rushed or like I was being difficult. The hygiene standards were great, and I felt comfortable dining here. Special shout out to Manny. I'm not sure if that's exactly how they pronounce it, but they and the entire staff delivered genuinely excellent service. Highly recommend this location. Ordered 4 Sukiyaki Beef and all 4 orders the rice was undercooked and hard. Called staff to notify them and they didnt seem to care. We at least got an apology. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5 Order type: Takeaway
