I had a fantastic experience at Edo Japan! First and foremost, the cleanliness of the restaurant truly stood out — everything was spotless, from the dining area to the kitchen space in view. It really made me feel comfortable and confident in the quality of the food being served. Speaking of the food, it was absolutely excellent — fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. What made my visit even better was the outstanding customer service provided by Lendon. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was just right.
