Walked in at 840, said their grill was already shut down. Why are you open till 9? Very rude as well when explaining that 20 minutes before close they cant serve me. Whats the poont of closing at 9 if 20 minutes before close you cant patronize the business?

It was our first visit to Edo Japan Lacombe, and we were genuinely impressed. The ambiance was warm and inviting, but the real standout was the exceptional customer service. Special thanks to the girl named Frenchie, the friendly cashier who went above and beyond to assist us. Since my husband speaks only French and I was busy with the kids, Frenchie kindly took the time to walk him through the menu, she spoke to him in French with ease and warmth while offering thoughtful recommendations. She made our experience smooth, convenient, and truly enjoyable. Thank you, Frenchie, for your kindness and care. We’ll definitely be back! Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
