Almost 20 mins to get food. No communication guy at the front had food half ready in bag, left to the back, they were all arguing then they all left and place was empty. Another employee came back Wouldn’t talk to us and handed us our food. So unprofessional and should not take that long with zero communication Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

What’s happened with this location?? Restaurant full of people waiting on food some 30+ mins, random dishes of food left sitting on the counter, lady working staring at the screen in complete confusion, has no idea what’s happening around her. Customers getting upset leaving without their food they paid for, when people were served food it was cold and missing items. Guy in the back keeps walking out looking at the food on the counter and the customers then goes on to the back again. Complete disfunction. Never seen anything like this before.. avoid this location at all costs. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Tried to rate this on Uber Eats but it wouldnt let me. There was no wasabi, soy sauce, chop sticks or napkins with my sushi order. My mango bubble tea was warm and had no ice in it. Really disappointing when every other Edo Japan usually does a great job. Management needs to look into the care their employees are putting into the food and drinks they serve.
