We ordered from Veg Heads on Deliveroo. They accepted the order we then got a very unprofessional phone call from someone in London saying they didn't have some items on the menu and could we cancel then reorder. I told them I wouldn't be reordering. Ended up having to use live chat on Deliveroo to cancel, during which Veg Heads called back asking us to cancel and couldn't understand why the phone call had stopped us being able to cancel the order. Avoid at all costs!
