Ego Kenilworth really can't cope with offering a good service. The staff are friendly enough but a party of 10 people we want to be eating at the same time. The main course arrived for 7 and 3 had to wait another 5 to 10 minutes before meals arrived. Some drinks were ordered and took 20 minutes to arrive. You might have been short staffed we won't know as you didn't say! But we didn't want it to spoil a 60th birthday party that we were celebrating so went with the slow service. As I personally don't think saying anything would have made any difference to the service offered. Sadly not the first time I have encountered this experience in Kenilworth Ego's. Sorry you have lost my business for future meals. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £50–60

Good Morning, Stuart,Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We are delighted to hear that you found our team friendly. However, I am very sorry to learn that your drinks took around 20 minutes to arrive and that the service throughout your visit was slower than expected. Please accept our sincere apologies for this disappointment, particularly as it was a special 60th birthday celebration. We understand how important occasions like these are and we regret that your experience did not meet the standards we strive to provide.Following your feedback, our General Manager has reviewed the staffing rotas to ensure we have adequate team members in place to deliver a more efficient service. We do hope you will give us another opportunity to welcome you back and show you the improvements we have made.Kind regards,Anne
