Embers is located inside the cash casino in Blackfoot trail. They offer a dim sum menu on the weekends between 11am - 3pm. The dim sum here is somewhat similar to the one inside the Elbow River Casino and the menu has less items. They offer the basics like shrimp dumpling, sui mai, and soup dumplings but no rice crepes. I was able to try one of their special items which was the seafood and egg dumpling (Good seafood scallop flavor but downside is the wrapper broke). The quality and portion here is above average and decent in flavor. Each dim sum dish cost $4.25 per dish and their other Chinese lunch full dish items are $11 per dish.

2nd time - ok, but not as good as the first. This is our second time for dim sum, and we were disappointed with the temperature of the items. Nothing seemed to be steaming hot when it arrived to the table like our last visit. Sticky rice in lotus leaf was lukewarm in the middle.
