First time trying this place, ordered over £100s worth of Chinese tonight for a family birthday celebration which we collected and had luke warm food with stale prawn crackers.. I dont know if we just got unlucky because despite this the flavour wasnt the worst but it was very mediocre to say the least. Shame for the money spent but never mind at least we know for next time Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £20–30 Food: 2 Service: 4

We are very sorry that your first dining experience was unsatisfactory. I noticed that almost all of the dishes you ordered were fried foods, which are prone to softening and losing their original flavour after being packaged and cooled. Furthermore, I also discovered that my team members made a mistake in the order in which the food was prepared, which also affected your dining experience. Food was excellent, but lost a star because they missed an item from the order. Annoyingly that item was the curry sauce which makes the meal for me! Will order again Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £20–30 Food: 5 Service: 3
