Staff are very friendly, but food is pretty terrible. I’ve had a chicken sandwich that was so old and leathery that i couldn’t get my teeth through it; a $8 wrap with one tiny piece of chicken and like a pound of lettuce—one last chance today, wanted soup and tried the turkey and wild rice. The broth has no flavour and the rice and turkey might as well be oatmeal, they are so mushy and bland. There’s only so much you can do with Aramark food, I guess...but still. It is officially no longer worth the convenient location.

Food isn't bad. Portions are large but I think they should work on making meals more affordable.

Went on my lunch break to grab a panini as there was no one in line to get one I thought this would be a good choice The lady behind the counter, just stood there, finally one of the men doing the rice bowls told her we were waiting to order 20 minutes later my co-worker and I got our order. I asked her how long her lunch break was, she had no idea and asked her co-worker. I told her my lunch break is 30 min and we just wasted 20 min waiting for our order. She looked at me and said " oh, ok" By far the rudest customer service I have ever encountered. Without customers a restaurant would not stay open very long. You are in a very busy location, Please remember this as as the customer we are not doing you a favor by coming to your establishment.
