I ordered food from here my order was accepted , I waited delivery time stated and no delivery arrived I then tryed to call them , but this time they where closed and I got no answer , phoned this next day to be told the machine must not have printed out my order , and that a manager would call me , they didn’t I had to call them back again , I was told after many different excuses that I would receive a refund and the delivery driver would t bring it to me , again no one showed with the refund or call me with a reason … I then called back again tonight to ask wheee my refund was for the man to tell me that the driver came and took a picture of my home and that if I wanted a refund id have to go through just eat and that he’d be in touch with just eat and now he has a picture of my door that he could say my food was delivered !! Absoulutly shocking customer service , no manners at all .

I ordered a half chicken supper 3 days ago and I have had food poisoning since, feel absolutely dreadful laying in bed having to run to the toilet every 15-20 minutes to be sick, don’t recommend
