I had the absolute pleasure of attending a Celebration Dinner at Eòlas. I was invited to join Robyn Allan Photography, and the entire evening was truly special. The three-course meal created by Head Chef Craig Jackson was outstanding: Starter: The Creedy Carver Duck with lavender honey breast and whipped liver parfait tartlet was a perfect start. Main: The Scotch Lamb was delicious. Dessert: We finished with a refreshing Greek yoghurt semifreddo and yuzu cheesecake. The service was top-notch throughout the night, and to top it all off, we were treated to a beautiful sunset right after dinner. It was the perfect end to a fantastic culinary experience. We had the Sunday lunch menu and the food was excellent. There was only three options for mains one was traditional roast beef, a fish option and a vegetarian dish. Service was really good . Would recommend Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £30–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

We dined at Eòlas during our stay at Murrayshall. We did book a table in the Barossa bar area as we had our dog with us, however when we went for the meal, they didn’t know we were coming. It was all fine in the end and we got a table made up for us. The staff were very friendly and patient with our dog and overtired baby. The food was delicious, we had the Scotch Lamb and Scottish RibEye from the al a carte, and rosemary frites on the side. Meat was cooked perfectly, flavours were all there, and I was blown away by how they made such a simple looking dish so incredible tasty. Dessert was next level, we got the Sticky Toffee Soufflé and Yoghurt Semi-Freddo. The Soufflé is probably my favourite dessert ever. Overall such a lovely meal, would recommend to anyone to visits the area or stays in the hotel. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £70–80 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
