Good experience. I went there with my husband and two toddlers. The staff were friendly and welcoming. We ordered coffee and a cinnamon bun, and they asked if they could warm up the bun for the kids. This is a smaller location with limited (not quite little kid friendly) seating but the kids enjoyed sitting at a tall table and sharing a big awesome cinnamon bun together. Overall it was a good experience and was just a nice little place to stop by for a coffee and a snack.

Love Those Cappuccino's!!. Had a quick stop over in Banff and wanted to grab us some cappuccino's to go. Though the servers were busy, they were friendly and made us the best cappuccino's we have ever tasted! We couldn't get over how well they were made. Will definitely stop here again if ever in Banff!

The service is a hit and miss. The oriental lady making the coffee is rude. The pastries use to be good, lately they have been dry and old. Sad to say 3 strikes and you're out, we will not be back
