recently dined at The Everest Restaurant in Edinburgh and was thoroughly impressed. From the moment we walked in, we were enveloped by a wonderfully cosy and homely environment that made us feel instantly welcome. The hospitality was second to none; the staff were attentive, warm, and genuinely passionate about the food they were serving. Speaking of the food—it was absolutely spectacular. Every dish was packed with authentic flavour and cooked to perfection. If you are looking for a true taste of Nepal combined with outstanding service in a charming setting, this is the place to be. Had a great experience at Everest Nepalese & Indian Cuisine on Home Street. The restaurant is spacious, clean, and has a lovely relaxed atmosphere. The food was absolutely delicious, with authentic Nepalese flavors and generous portions. Everything we ordered was fresh and full of taste. What really stood out was the friendly and welcoming staff, who made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The service was attentive without being intrusive, and they were happy to help with recommendations. A fantastic place for anyone looking for quality Nepalese and Indian food in Edinburgh.
