Ordered 4 items - very difficult to mess up but apparently, that doesn’t mean impossible. Got a portion of sesame prawn toast, a portion of sweet & sour chicken balls (12 pieces), a mixed meat chow mein and a portion of special fried rice. Ordered it in person (take-away) and also quoted the menu numbers corresponding to each dish, so as I stated previously - hard to mess it up!!! What we got instead was a total failure to justify spending almost £25 in there (which by the way approx. 2 months ago, used to total at £20 - so clearly Evergreen have no issue increasing prices and decreasing their quality of service in exchange). We got a duck chow mein, instead of a mixed meat one. We also got cold (almost frozen in the centre) s&s chicken balls which were a total of 10, as opposed to the 12 stated as the portion size as well. On top of the other issues, we were also provided with a very stale/not recently made portion of sesame prawn toast. Overall, probably the worst oriental/cantonese take-away me and my colleagues have had (with regards to the food state/quality). Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £1–10
