Everyman Cinema on King’s Road offers an absolutely exceptional cinema experience from beginning to end. The customer service is genuinely five-star, and the staff could not be kinder, warmer, or more attentive. Everyone makes you feel incredibly welcome, and the level of care and professionalism adds a real sense of luxury to the entire evening. The cinema itself is stylish, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable, creating the perfect atmosphere for a special night out. However, one of the biggest surprises is the quality of the food. This is not ordinary cinema snack food at all. The menu feels genuinely gourmet, with food that is fresh, beautifully presented, full of flavour, and prepared to an impressively high standard. Considering it is served in a cinema, the quality is truly exceptional and easily comparable to food you would expect from a very good restaurant. Everything feels carefully selected and thoughtfully prepared, making the entire experience so much more enjoyable. Everyman King’s Road has completely elevated the traditional cinema experience. With its luxurious setting, exceptionally kind staff, outstanding service, comfortable seating, and delicious gourmet food, it is easily one of the best cinemas in London. A truly wonderful experience and somewhere I would highly recommend to anyone looking for much more than just a film. I will absolutely be returning.

After more than ten years away from the cinema, my husband and I decided to escape one of the hottest days London has seen in years by visiting Everyman Chelsea. What a wonderful decision it turned out to be. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed. The beautifully designed interior felt more like an elegant lounge than a cinema, and although it was only midday, the venue was already busy with others escaping the heat. We were warmly welcomed by a charming Polish gentleman whose name I sadly cannot remember. When we asked what was showing, he smiled and said, “Escaping the heat? There’s no better place than here.” He recommended a Disclosure day, carefully helped us choose the best seats, and invited us to relax in the bar area before the screening. Watching him effortlessly look after guests while another colleague managed the bar was a joy. Despite how busy it became, the service remained warm, attentive and genuinely personal. We were even invited into the screen with the words, “It’s even cooler in there.” The seats were wonderfully comfortable, the food was delicious, and the entire experience reminded us just how magical the cinema can be. We had forgotten what we’d been missing. A heartfelt thank you to everyone at Everyman Chelsea, and especially to the wonderful Polish gentleman whose exceptional hospitality made our visit so memorable. Thanks to him, we’ve rediscovered our love of going to the cinema and will certainly be back.

Paid £45 for 2 seats. The seats were dirty with spilt food on them. Told the staff about it and Instead of them to clean the seats as there were still another 10 minutes until the film start time, we were given alternative seats which were all the way at the back and to the far left of the screen. The alternative seats were not even in line with the screen. It’s frustrating as I paid for those specific seats, I expected to be sitting there! Not in some extra spare seats with a crap view. Staff were bringing food and drinks in even 15/20 minutes into the movie. It’s difficult focussing on a movie when the staff are constantly having to go past with their flashlights shining in your face. I suffer from aura migraines and flash lights trigger this. The flashlights being shined in my face gave me a headache. Also I understand you want to try and accommodate to people, but I don’t think it’s acceptable bringing a chair from the outside lounge area so someone could sit with their husband. I don’t know if they got different seats but dragging in a big chair when the movie is starting was also annoying , another thing interrupting the movie. Even on our previous visit, when we arrived and went to our seats, there were people sitting in our seats thinking they were free. Then it was a whole commotion getting them out and back into their original seats, which shouldn’t be our job, staff should be making sure people are in the right place !!! I just feel like for a cinema that charges over £20 per ticket, you would expect the seats to be clean and there to be no interruptions once the movie has begun. I just can’t understand the logic behind a cinema charging so much and not cleaning the seats after each screening, thinking it’s ok to continue to bring food and drinks in once the movie has begun. Maybe , stop bringing in food and drinks once the movie has begun. And don’t have the brightest flash in the world, as some people may suffer with migraines or triggers from flashes ! Really horrible experience and ruined the whole movie to be honest. Should have walked out in the first 15 minutes with all the interruptions and just asked for a refund. Won’t be returning to this cinema again
