The only real positive about this hotel was its location, which was very convenient for visiting Powderham Castle. Unfortunately, the rest of the stay was disappointing. As soon as we arrived and checked in, we approached the room which smelt strongly of cigarette smoke despite being advertised as non-smoking, which made it very unpleasant to 3 people who don’t smoke. The bath towels were extremely small, and not what I’d expect from a hotel. The room was also very dusty, giving the impression that it hadn’t been cleaned thoroughly. Breakfast was another let-down – it looked and tasted like much of it had come straight out of a tin, with very little that felt fresh. Overall, I expected a much better standard for the price, and aside from the convenient location, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again. Service: 3

My husband and I thought Exeter court hotel was a great place to stay Comfy beds great food The staff will do just about anything to make sure your stay is good great parking also for electric vehicles
