I ordered a Donner kebab with chips absolutely awful. The chips were wrapped up inside the Doner Kebab instead of being separate the Donner kebab itself the meat was okay but the naan bread that it came in was dry and hard. The chips were all dried up. I ordered garlic mayonnaise and didn’t get any at all. The only salad I got was cabbage and a couple of pieces of tomato It’s got to be the worst kebab I’ve ever had anywhere Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 1

Best pizza in Nottingham! I’ve ordered from Expresso Pizza many times and it’s always spot on. The food is consistently delicious — proper fresh dough, tasty toppings, and perfectly cooked every time. The kebabs and burgers are great too, never greasy, just full of flavour. The team are always polite and friendly, and delivery is quick and reliable. You can tell they take real pride in what they do. It’s become my go-to takeaway — quality food, great prices, and top-notch service. Highly recommend to anyone who loves proper pizza done right! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Sadly just had the second most rude encounter with the ‘gentleman’ on the phone for this place. 1st time was a few months ago when our pizza was very late despite ordering online for a specific time frame. I rang to enquire when it was 30mins late where it might be, he said it was our fault it was late because we ordered online? The rudeness and sexist nature of how I was spoken to (repeatedly and passive aggressively called ‘my darling’) was quite shocking and when asked he refused to give me his name. We have ordered from this place for years and years without a problem. I don’t mind a pizza being slightly late, things happen, but how this person is on the phone to female customers who have a small query/complaint is genuinely shocking. Owner ended up calling and offering us a free ‘meal’ that we can order at our discretion to make up for it. I call up tonight (5:30pm on a Monday) to order this - straight off the bat the person on the phone claimed to have no clue what I was on about and that I would have to call back in ten mins once he’s spoken to the owner. Ten mins later I call back, a total of 6 times with no answer. To finally have the phone answered and be told that the owner has said we can have one single pizza on the house. When I politely tried to explain it was supposed to be a ‘meal’ he jokingly and rudely said that a meal could mean I could order like 4 pizzas and was ridiculous. I tried to explain that we are a family of 2 people and if he looked at the system he could see what our version of a ‘meal’ was for the last 5 plus years (2 pizzas and a side of fries). He said he had no access to the system?? Then started calling me in an aggressive manner ‘my darling’….clearly the same person that has caused the entire issue in the first place. When I asked him not to call me that he rudely said well what do you want me to call you? Shall I call you just ‘customer?’ Wow, I ended up hanging up as refuse to be spoken to like this. Will never be ordering from this establishment ever again which after years of being loyal customers is such a shame. The owner assured this person would be addressed last time, clearly he hasn’t taken it on board.
