really the staff of extra fish bar is disgusting.i ordered on call for barbeque pizza and specially given instructions for not adding bacon in it but mistankely staff put bacon in it that i undertood and also forgave them for it but then again i said them to make another pizza for me but they totally burnt it. seriously what kind of service they are providing to their customers. totally unsatisfied. Order type: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £20–30

Hi Lucky, we are very disappointed to read this review as it does not reflect what actually happened. When you contacted us about the issue, our staff tried to resolve it immediately and we prepared another pizza for you. As a gesture of goodwill, we also gave you another pizza free if charge. Overall you received four pizzas for £16 which means you got a large pizza for £4 which you will find no where else. Our order record also does not show any request for the pizza to be made without bacon.Additionally, the pizza was not burnt as described, and the photo shared only shows part of the pizza rather than the whole pizza. We always do our best to provide good food and service to our customers, and it is unfortunate to receive such a review after we did everything possible to resolve the situation.
