This is clearly concerning, and we take any such comments seriously.We would like to note that no concerns were raised with the team during the evening, which would have allowed us to respond and assist immediately. That said, we always encourage guests to let us know at the time if anything is not right so we can address it without delay. Food safety and guest wellbeing are extremely important to us. Our fish is delivered fresh daily from trusted suppliers, and for dishes such as ceviche, it is cured and deep-frozen in accordance with food safety regulations to eliminate potential bacteria and ensure it is safe to consume. Our Ceviche is prepared using citrus rather than heat, and is intentionally served without traditional cooking. Both the ceviche and monkfish were sold to multiple tables on the evening of your visit and no other reports of illness have been reported.We would like to investigate this matter further.
