Ordered a salt n pepper box and a few other things for delivery, took over an hour and a half bearing in mind it says on the website 60 min for delivery. rang 2 times, first time i got told its the next one out then rang up 20 min later and got told its getting made now? food gets delivered with no apology from the driver for the delay. found a black hair under a rib in the salt n pepper box bearing in mind neither me or my girlfriend have black hair rang up and asked for a replacement to get delivered and. got told it would be a while so i said i’ll come get it and the owner nancy was trying to blame me for putting the hair there then she gave me a new one and i asked for my £2.50 delivery money back for the inconvenience and she argued with me until i said give me my money back and the delivery money and she hid in the kitchen and her employee said “your not getting your money for delivery” i said give me my refund and they gave me it after fighting. very poor attitude terrible service i will be informing food hygiene just so they can monitor Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
