Amazing Little sandwich shop! I had the Mark Truffalo and my partner got the Chef Beef and they were amazing sandwiches!! They forgot to give us our donut and then sold the last one to the person behind us so that’s why only four stars for service but they needed up giving us two cookies instead for the mistake. Heads up it is a VERY small shop for it’s a little cramped if you are planning on eating in! Meal type: Lunch Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

I’ve been a regular at Farrow for a while because the food is excellent and the team is usually very welcoming. However, management needs to look into a serious consistency issue regarding customer service. During my last few visits, the blonde staff member taking orders has been consistently short and snippy with me. As a person of color, it’s been incredibly disheartening to wait for my food and notice that her tone completely flips to being warm and friendly when serving white customers. I love supporting this shop, but everyone deserves the same basic respect. I am posting this in the sincere hope that leadership will address this behavior and ensure the shop remains a welcoming place for all regulars. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Stopped by Farrow Ritchie today It’s a small café with a limited sandwich selection and a relaxed atmosphere. I tried two sandwiches — Frank’s 2000 Inch TV was excellent and definitely the standout, while the other option I had was fairly average. Coffee was decent, nothing remarkable but good enough. Overall, a nice spot for a quick, casual bite, especially if you pick the right sandwich. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
