Today, September 8th, at approximately 6:45 PM, I went to Fast Eddie’s in Simcoe to get food with my mother and her husband. We ordered 1 Crazy Fry, 1 cheeseburger, 1 Buffalo Chicken Burger meal (with a 7UP and regular fries), and 1 poutine. When we got to the window, the employee serving us was very rude and had an unpleasant attitude from the beginning. I was paying for the order, and I counted out the money myself: one $20 bill, two $10 bills, and one $5 bill, for a total of $45. The employee told us that we were short. This alone was not the issue; however, the amount she claimed we were short did not add up with the amount of money we had given her. I had counted each bill before handing the money to my mother in the driver's seat, and I watched the entire interaction. My mother also recounted the money before handing it to the employee. Because of this, the employee's statement about how much we were short did not make sense to any of us. Before telling us that we were short, the employee had taken a minute or two and moved over to the register. She had already put the money into the register before determining that we were supposedly short. My mother, her husband, and I all checked the car, including the area around the drive-through window, to see if any money had been dropped. We told the employee exactly which bills we had given her and how much they added up to. She said that no money had fallen on the floor and even stated that there was only one $10 bill in the register. By this point, the employee had already been speaking to us in a rude tone, and the issue with the money seemed to make the interaction even more unpleasant. We ultimately decided to let the $10 issue go and simply go home with our food because, by that point, we were all very hungry. Once we got home, we sat down at the table to eat together. We then noticed that there were no Crazy Fries, which was actually the main reason we chose Fast Eddie’s in the first place. There was also no receipt in the bag for us to check to see whether there had been an error with the order. My mother's husband then opened his burger box to eat. After taking a bite, he discovered two long hairs inside his burger. For context, the bag had not been opened, and the burger box had not been opened or touched until we got home, as we were trying not to make a mess in the vehicle. My mother's husband has very short, dense, curly hair, which looked nothing like the hairs found in the burger. The hairs also did not match the colour of either of our hair. Taken together, the rude and unprofessional service, the unexplained issue with the missing $10, the missing Crazy Fries, the lack of a receipt, and the hairs found inside the burger made this experience extremely concerning. While some of these issues could individually have been mistakes or coincidences, having so many problems occur during a single order left us feeling extremely dissatisfied and uncomfortable with the experience. Overall, this was a horrible experience. I have attempted to contact the main office rather than simply calling the Simcoe location, as I am not confident that the manager was present at the time of our visit. I hope this review brings the situation to someone's attention so that it can be addressed appropriately and so that other customers are aware of what happened during our visit. The milkshakes were delicious and any time I've been the service has been phenomenal. Any issues I've had have been resolved with professionalism and kindness. Price per person: $30–40 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Just ordered a steak burger with this delicious chilli cheese fries. Would definitely recommend eating from them. I'll even rate them a 10/Good . Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
