the food i received was shocking!!! the southern fried chicken was that dry i could not even break it up! the spicy wings were not spicy at all. the order arrived 15 minutes later then the approx time. i contacted the restaurant and the assistant was not helpful at all just told me to contact just eat so i did which they contacted the restaurant, the restaurant then lied saying i have ordered from there before and i always complain about the food i have never ordered from there before!!!!!!!! a total shambles

phoned an order through last night for collection, was told it would be 40 minutes. when we finally got to the shop it was shut! we never had a phone call or message to say they were shutting, shows how much they value their customers
