Absolutely poor service. It should not take 20 minutes for a fish and chip shop to serve 3 large Sausages, 2 fishcakes, a portion of onion rings and 2 portions of chips. I ordered the onion rings at least 5 minutes before l paid, my waiting time of 20 minutes was from the time of payment. Everything l ordered was available at the time l ordered except the onion rings which were being cooked.
If you make a mistake and give away someone’s food have the sense to apologise.
The last 2 times l have been in the shop waiting times have been ridiculous.
I will not be coming back for a while. Apology would be a good start.
