We're sorry to read your comments, particularly as our Bryntirion branch takes great pride in the quality of its food and our manager checked both the chips and frying process following your review. It's our busiest store. Unfortunately, your review doesn't include the date, approximate time or any details of your order, making it impossible for us to investigate what may have happened. What disappoints us most is that no contact was made with the shop at the time. Had you telephoned us or returned with the food, we would have been more than happy to inspect it and, if it had fallen below our usual standards, replace it immediately. We genuinely want every customer to leave happy, but we can only resolve problems if we're given the opportunity to do so.
