Food delivered to our house 5 minutes away. All the food was cold. One pizza was undercooked to the point we couldn't eat it, the dough was tough and chewy. They also charge an extra £4 for gluten free options which I'd typically appreciate but not for an extra £4, profitting off an allergy is awful behaviour and cannot be justified. Perhaps a £1 charge to cover reasonble costs of gluten free dough but charging 25-30% more is criminal. The gluten free pizzas are also sold as 12" large the same as the regular pizzas but was considerably smaller, maybe 9-10" at most and both our pizzas had a pathetic amount of toppings on. I will say the milkshake we ordered was fantastic and between that and a refund on 80% of our order, I almost don't feel totally scammed. We won't be ordering again. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options available however very poorly done. You can add toppings containing gluten to all of their pizzas, desserts and drinks which is misleading and confusing and you'll be paying an extra £4 per pizza for a "12inch" pizza that is significantly smaller than a 12inch regular pizza even though they're advertised as being the same size.
