Had the best bottomless brunch here was a group of 6. Our hostess Tegan made the visit so much more fun, we loved her personality and it made us feel so welcome and at ease. She is super kind and went above and beyond. The service at brunches often lets them down, but this was completely different - the service made it even better, all thanks to Tegan! Visited Firehouse Manchester on Saturday, October 18th, 2025, and had such a brilliant afternoon! The atmosphere was buzzing, the food was delicious, and the service was spot on. A big shoutout to Caitlin, who was absolutely lovely, super attentive, friendly, and clearly amazing at what she does. She was training a new team member that night and still managed to make everything feel effortless. I brought my dog along too, and the staff couldn’t have been kinder. They even brought her a fresh bowl of water and made her feel welcomed. Little touches like that go a long way. All in all, a perfect afternoon, great vibes, great food, and even better company. Hope to see visit again.
