Gluten free fish and chips were absolutely amazing. Quality taste and price would definitely recommend for gluten free people! X

Had a small issue tonight with the order not being done in time however was soon sorted and was fantastic when arrived

On the 25th of March my boyfriend and I ordered food from Fish Face Lichfield, through JustEat. We ordered 6 curry sauces on top of rest of the food we bought (see picture below). The delivery was 40 minutes late, on the mixed meat and chips kebab, the donner meat was missing, and there was just few slices of chicken on it!!! Horrendous!! On top of that we got just 1 curry sauce delivered, even though we ordered 6, and a can of pop was missing. We had to drive all the way to the chip shop to get our order sorted out! How can you get that wrong when it’s right there on the screen in front of you? Absolutely ridiculous!!!! We decided to give it another go and in approx 2 weeks time, we went in and ordered simple 2 large portions of fries and 4 curry sauces, the woman that served us, told the other lady to prepare 4 and she just served us 1 curry sauce AGAIN even though we asked for 4! I had to tell her we asked for four not one, and eventually she served us what we actually asked for and paid for. We definitely won’t be returning again at all, this place is absolutely ridiculous and a rip off, small portions, for the price you pay you’d expect something bigger with a bit more meat instead of just 3 slices of chicken and a missing donner. What a joke. Without a question the worst chip shop around. Also shop that’s located in Lichfield charges £2 quid for a delivery TO Lichfield where I can get delivery for less than £1.50 from Burntwood, also you wait less even though it’s not local. TOTALLY NOT RECOMMENDED!
